Today, January 8, I went for a run in shorts and a tshirt and even rolled my sleeves up!! It is so beautiful out. I love winter but I do enjoy these surprise beautiful days where the sun is shining and people are out walking. The snow is melting. The sky was so blue it was reflecting up off the ocean and a nice breeze made the water ripple and sparkle. This is why I love Boston weather. You just never know what you are going to get. Imagine living in SoCal and having this perfect weather everyday. You would never really appreciate it the way us Bostonians do. So I will stay here in the Northeast so I appreciate the simple things like 70 degree days in January.
